Cooking from the heart, making every guest feel warm and welcome is something I truly believe in and a tradition passed down from my Jamaican heritage.

If you walked through the doors at ECR you would have experienced becoming part of our family. We prided ourselves on having the highest standards with regards to cleanliness and ensuring meals are nutritious and delicious.

I joined ECR in 2012, my role was within the finance department, I have always enjoyed working with people, nurturing them to tap into their potential.

My true passion is cooking and I have been able to combine my management skills and love of hospitality when I was given the opportunity to oversee the hospitality and domestic team.

My career background is in finance, working with Private accountancy firms in and around London until eventually, I took a role which I loved working with a great team as a purchase manager within the NHS.

The client's feedback is always enjoying and positive, my motto is “you arrive as a client, but you leave as family”.

I enjoy fashion, shopping, eating out with family and friends, spending time at home with my husband and dog Pickles.

Paulene is also now Finance Manager for our sister company Rehabs UK.
