Cooking from the heart, making every guest feel warm and welcomed is something i truly believe in and a tradition passed down from my Jamaican heritage.

I joined ECR in 2012, my role was within the finance department, I have always enjoyed working with people, nurturing them to tap into their potential.

My true passion is cooking and I have been able to combine my management skills and love of hospitality when I was given the opportunity to oversee the hospitality and domestic team.

My career background is in finance, working with Private accountancy firms in and around London until eventually, I took a role which I loved working with a great team as a purchase manager within the NHS.

The clients feedback are always enjoying and positive, my motto is “you arrive as a client, but you leave as family”.

I enjoy fashion, shopping, eating out with family and friends, spending time at home with my husband and dog Pickles.
